By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your trip data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Premium Subscriptions

7.1 Subscription Terms

• • Monthly Plan: $7.99/month, renews automatically
• • Annual Plan: $24.99/year, renews automatically
• • Trip Pass: $4.99 one-time, grants Pro access for 60 days, does not renew
• • Free Trial: 14-day free trial with new Premium subscriptions

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7.3 Refund Policy

• • Monthly: No refunds. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• • Annual: Full refund within 7 days. Prorated refunds after.
• • Free Trials: Cancel during trial to avoid charges.

8. Affiliate Disclosures

Our Service contains affiliate links to third-party products and services:

• • Amazon Associates: Commissions from qualifying purchases
• • Travel Booking Partners: Commissions from flights, hotels, car rentals

You pay the same price whether you use our affiliate links or not.

9. Travel Disclaimers (IMPORTANT!)

9.1 Planning Tools Only

We provide planning tools, NOT travel booking services. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform.

9.2 No Liability for Travel Disruptions

We are not responsible for:

• • Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes
• • Hotel overbookings, closures, or quality issues
• • Lost luggage, travel restrictions, or visa denials
• • Natural disasters, weather, or force majeure events
• • Health emergencies, accidents, or theft

9.3 Your Responsibility

• • Verify all travel requirements (passports, visas, vaccinations)
• • Check official government travel advisories
• • Confirm booking details directly with providers
• • Purchase appropriate travel insurance

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

• • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• • Information provided is complete or up-to-date

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endless Travel Plans LLC from any claims arising from:

• • Your use or misuse of the Service
• • Your violation of these Terms
• • Your violation of any third-party rights
• • Your travel bookings or travel activities

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration:

• • Location: Sheridan, Wyoming or remote

12.3 No Class Actions

Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, not as a class action.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if you:

• • Violate these Terms
• • Engage in prohibited conduct
• • Fail to pay subscription fees
• • Pose a security or legal risk

13.3 Effect of Termination

• • Access to the Service will be revoked
• • Trip data deleted within 30 days
• • Prepaid fees are non-refundable (except as stated in Section 7)

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
