Endless Travel Plans
For travel advisors

Spend your time with clients, not spreadsheets.

Add a client, generate a client ready itinerary and a budget estimate, then share links the client opens without an account. Built for the solo family and mid luxury advisors who know a spreadsheet is not a business system, and just as easy for any other advisor, without asking you to migrate a client list anywhere.

The gap in advisor tools

Booking platforms manage your calendar. None of them know what a family of five actually needs from a trip. That is the part clients hire an advisor for, and the part we help you answer fast.

3+
Free client itineraries a month

Every workspace opens on the same free plan as the rest of the site. Draft real client work before you decide whether to upgrade to Advisor Pro for unlimited generations and your badge, not ours, on every client page.

How it works

One client record. Every deliverable.

01
Client

Add your client.

Name and email to start. Adding a client takes less time than the first email you would have written to begin the same research by hand.

02
Research

Generate the itinerary, budget and packing list.

AI drafts a day by day itinerary and a smart packing list; the budget estimate uses live flight and hotel lookups where they are available, and says so where they are not.

Share

Share links the client opens without an account.

Itinerary, budget, packing list and a Family Vote for the parts they still need to decide, each opened without creating an account, or all of them together from one combined client link.

What's in the workspace

Built for family trip advisors, and easy for any advisor to use.

One login for the research and deliverables you would otherwise assemble from three separate tools and a notebook, and for the running of the business behind them.

Frequently asked

Honest answers for travel advisors.

Your clients stay yours — how we handle marketing, upsell and referral links on your deliverables.

Is this a CRM replacement?
For a solo advisor or a small team it can be the whole working day: client intake forms, proposals, bookings inbox, tasks and reminders, invoicing, supplier commissions, client documents, group trips, agency seats and destination briefs all sit on the client record. It does not book travel or connect to a GDS, and nothing forces a migration: if you already run a full CRM, it sits alongside it for research, itineraries and quotes.
What can I actually generate for a client?
An AI drafted day by day itinerary, a budget estimate built from live flight and hotel lookups where they are available, a smart packing list, and a Family Vote your client's household can use to settle the parts they still disagree on. All four run from one advisor login.
Do I need to be a licensed agent, or based in the United States?
Neither. Whether you call yourself a travel advisor, a travel agent or a travel consultant, the workspace is the same. No license check is required to open a workspace; it is built for independent advisors, hosts, and hobbyist trip planners working with a handful of family clients. Wherever you work, you set your country, currency, timezone and tax name (VAT, GST, HST) once, and your invoices, dates and units are written that way. Trip budgets are worked out in US dollars and marked US$ wherever your own currency is a different one. Card payments on invoices run through Stripe, open today to advisors based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the European Economic Area; anywhere else your invoices show your own payment link and bank details, and you mark them paid when the money arrives. Referral commission is paid through Stripe in the same countries, and by Wise or PayPal everywhere else.
How is the client itinerary shared?
Each deliverable has its own share link, and one combined client link carries the itinerary, budget, packing list and Family Vote together. The client opens any of them without creating an account.
How many client itineraries can I generate?
Your workspace opens on the Free tier: 3 AI itineraries and 3 budget estimates a month, with 3 active clients. Advisor Pro removes the generation limits and raises the client cap to 100.
What does it cost?
Opening a workspace is free, and the Free tier is enough to draft real client work. Advisor Pro is $19 a month or $180 a year: unlimited itineraries, budgets and packing lists, a higher active-client cap, and the option to remove the Endless Travel Plans line from client pages. Cancel any time from your billing page. Prices are in US dollars wherever you are based.
Do I earn anything for referring clients who subscribe?
Yes. Referral earnings work the same way as the Partner Programme: 30% of a referred subscriber's payments for 12 months, tracked from your own referral link.
Can I use my own business name with clients?
Yes. Branding in your workspace puts your business name and logo on client-facing pages and share links. Advisor Pro can also remove the 'Powered by Endless Travel Plans' line. Your badge, not ours.
