No marketing to your clients
A client you link to your workspace is tagged as an advisor client. That tag excludes them from every marketing email, digest and campaign we send to consumers. They receive only the transactional emails that your work triggers: the link you share, an invoice you send, a form you ask them to fill in.
No upsell on your deliverables
Pages and PDFs you share carry no Endless Travel Plans subscription offers, no booking links that earn us a commission, and no referral links. A test in our release suite fails if any of those ever appear on a client-facing page.
Your name, your logo
Branding settings put your business name and logo on client-facing pages and share links. The "Powered by Endless Travel Plans" line can be removed on Advisor Pro.
Your data, your export
Everything in your workspace exports on demand as a ZIP (clients, trips, proposals, budgets, invoices, tasks, commissions, documents) in open formats. Clients can unlink from your workspace at any time, and you can remove a client at any time. How we handle that data as your processor, including sub-processors and international transfers, is set out in the data processing addendum.
Referral links are yours to use, never ours to inject
Your referral link lives on your Referral Links page. We never place it, or ours, in anything you send a client.
Estimates are labelled as estimates
A budget line is marked Estimate, Quote or Confirmed on every client-facing page. We never present our estimate as your quotation.
