Why do you have affiliate links?
We keep the articles and the free toolkit free because some families book hotels or buy gear through links we recommend. A small commission flows back — you pay the same price, the free side stays generous for the next family. Quiet thanks every time.
What's a Trip Pass?
One trip's worth of Pro, without the subscription. Pay $4.99 once and every Pro feature — unlimited saves, PDF exports, family sharing — is unlocked for 60 days. It doesn't auto-renew and there's nothing to cancel. Most families plan a trip in 3–6 weeks, so one pass covers the whole cycle.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks, no questions asked. You keep access through the end of your billing period — no days lost.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual plans: full refund within 7 days of purchase, prorated after that. Trip Pass: a one-time purchase that never renews, so there's nothing to cancel; refund requests within 7 days of purchase go to support@endlesstravelplans.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Is there a family discount?
Better — one Pro account includes family sharing for up to 8 people. Spouse, kids old enough to use it, grandparents who help plan: all on the same trips, one subscription.
What happens to my saved trips if I downgrade?
They're archived, not deleted. You can still view them; you just can't edit beyond your plan's limit (1 trip on Free). Upgrade anytime to unlock them again. We don't delete planning work.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes — every Pro subscription includes a 14-day free trial. Test unlimited saves, PDF exports, family sharing, all of it. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
